Land with Build Contract

  1. Fixed Land & Build Price (LBP) as the Schedule.
  2. 10% of Land Purchase component as deposit, held in Vendor’s Solicitor’s Trust Account
  3. Land Settlement 10 working days after the Vendor has provided a Lot Title
  4. Purchaser contracts with the House Build Partner to build the House
  5. MHL will provide the Vendor Works within the LBP, including:
    1. Primary and secondary wastewater system
    2. 2 x 25,000 litre water tanks installed
    3. Boundary fencing to within 8m of front boundary
    4. Boundary landscaping
    5. Front yard landscaping
    6. Driveway Crossing
  6. A further Landscaping Provisional Sum (as stated) within the LBP
  7. Management of the delivery between Purchaser, MHL and Builder
  8. All real estate fees paid by MHL and Builder.
  9. Purchaser pays builder as the house build progresses to completion
  10. Solar systems (PV Panels, Inverters and batteries) paid for and installed by MHL, as house built.
