  1. Land Purchase Price as the List price

  2. 10% deposit, held in Vendor’s Solicitor’s Trust Account

  3. Settlement 10 working days after the Vendor has provided a Lot Title

  4. Purchaser to pay for the Vendor Works, which MHL will install / provide

  5. Solar systems (PV Panels, Inverters and batteries) paid for and installed by MHL, as house built
